Anti-ECE1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ECE1. It is supplied in unconjugated form and is of the IgG isotype, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent is KO Validated. Manufacturer-recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 670–770 of human ECE1 (NP_001388.1). The antibody is provided as a liquid with a reported molecular weight of 130 kDa and is affinity purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with concentration given as Lot Specific. The product is shipped at 4°C.
