Anti-EBV Antibody [S20-D] - Identical to Novus (NBP1-79009)

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone S20-D) targets the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). It is raised against a peptide derived from the C-terminal region of EBV Latent Membrane Protein-1 and recognises the epitope between Ser369 and Tyr384. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated, as a liquid formulation in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, with 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. It should be stored at 4°C.

Validated for immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue (IHC-P) and frozen sections (IHC-Fr), the antibody reacts with human samples. Recommended IHC dilutions are 1:100–1:200. A representative validation image shows HRS cells of classical Hodgkin Lymphoma displaying cytoplasmic expression of EBV LMP-1 protein in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissue (4 µm sections).
