Anti-EBNA1BP2 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, offered as a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against EBNA1BP2 (also referred to as EBP2). The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated. It has been validated for use on human, mouse and rat samples, with reactivity demonstrated across all three species.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended dilution ranges from the manufacturer are WB at 1:1,000–1:2,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The expected molecular weight of the target is 40 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–306 of human EBNA1BP2 (NP_006815.2). The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
