Anti-EAR2 (S40) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against EAR2, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 21–70 of human EAR2, and detects endogenous levels of the EAR2 protein. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa.
