Anti-E4BP4 (E65) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal preparation raised against E4BP4 (E65). It is unconjugated and has been validated for Western blot (WB), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 32-86 of Human E4BP4, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of E4BP4 protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein runs at a molecular weight of ~ 60 kDa.
