E2F8 is a member of the atypical E2F transcription factor family that functions as a transcriptional repressor, partnering with E2F7 to control cell cycle progression, polyploidization of trophoblast giant cells, and placental development. Dysregulated E2F8 expression has been documented in hepatocellular carcinoma and other malignancies, where it contributes to unchecked proliferation. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com enables detection of endogenous E2F8 protein across human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. Supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal sera, the antibody is validated for WB and IHC and offers a versatile tool for investigating proliferation, differentiation, and tumor biology in cell and tissue-based models.
