Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to E2F1 (phospho-T433) offered by Antibodies.com, supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human and mouse samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human E2F-1 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 433. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of E2F1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr433, with a molecular weight of ~47 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE.
