Anti-E2F1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against E2F1, supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 200–301 of human E2F1 (NP_005216.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The molecular weight of the target is reported as 60 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:20–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
