Anti-E2F-2 (K236) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody reagent is a rabbit polyclonal preparation directed against E2F-2 at the K236 epitope region. The unconjugated antibody is presented at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples. Two scientific validation images are available.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 202–252 of human E2F-2, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of E2F-2 protein. The target band migrates at approximately 48 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
