Anti-E2F-1 (4G8) Antibody

The 4G8 clone from Antibodies.com is a purified mouse monoclonal antibody raised against the E2F-1 transcription factor, a key regulator of the G1/S cell cycle checkpoint and a mediator of pRB-dependent apoptosis. Supplied as a 50 µl aliquot in 0.1M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot, immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation in human and rat samples.
