Anti-E2AK3 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against the E2AK3 target. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human E2AK3 as immunogen and detects endogenous levels of total E2AK3 protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Purification was carried out from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

Storage instructions: the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
