Anti-E Selectin Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-E Selectin antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against human E-selectin (also known as CD62E or SELE), a ~115 kDa calcium-dependent lectin adhesion molecule that is induced on vascular endothelial cells by inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-1β. This unconjugated IgG is supplied as a 100 µg liquid aliquot and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC) workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of leukocyte rolling, transendothelial migration, atherosclerosis, ischemia-reperfusion injury, and tumor cell extravasation.

For best stability, store the vial at -20 °C in working aliquots and limit freeze-thaw cycles; protect from light during use.
