Anti-E-Selectin Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting E-Selectin is offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human E-Selectin, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of E-Selectin protein. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 67 kDa.
