Anti-E-Selectin Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent, this anti-E-Selectin antibody recognizes the CD62E (SELE) cell-surface glycoprotein that mediates leukocyte rolling on cytokine-activated endothelium. Supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody is packaged in a 100 µl vial validated for western blot detection of human, mouse, and rat samples. E-Selectin is induced on vascular endothelial cells by TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta, and researchers apply this reagent to investigate inflammatory recruitment, atherosclerotic plaque biology, sepsis-related vascular dysfunction, transplant rejection, and tumour cell extravasation.
