Anti-e-LOX-3 Antibody

This unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes human e-LOX-3, also known as ALOXE3, a non-heme iron lipoxygenase predominantly expressed in differentiating epidermal keratinocytes. The enzyme contributes to the oxidative metabolism of barrier lipids and to the formation of the cornified envelope, and loss-of-function alleles are implicated in autosomal recessive congenital ichthyosis.
