Anti-DYRK2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the DYRK2 protein and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and specifically detects endogenous levels of DYRK2.

Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with the target migrating at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 67 kDa. The antibody was raised against recombinant full-length human DYRK2 and subsequently affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a final purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is of the IgG isotype.
