Anti-Dyrk1B (T356) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Dyrk1B (T356) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with human and mouse specimens and detects endogenous levels of Dyrk1B protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 325-372 of human Dyrk1B, and purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE), with a reported molecular weight of approximately 69,66 kDa.
