Anti-DYRK1A Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets DYRK1A and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 624-763 of human DYRK1A (NP_001387.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight is 70 kDa and the concentration is lot specific.

For Western blot, the manufacturer recommends a dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
