Anti-DYNLT1 Antibody

Targeting DYNLT1 (Dynein Light Chain Tctex-Type 1), this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes a 113-amino-acid cytoplasmic dynein light chain that participates in microtubule-based cargo transport, mitotic spindle positioning, and neuronal migration. DYNLT1 also functions as a docking adaptor for several viral capsids and interacts with pro-apoptotic regulators including BMF and components of the p53 pathway.

Produced in rabbits and purified as an unconjugated IgG polyclonal, the antibody is supplied at 100 µl per vial and validated for Western blot detection of endogenous human and mouse DYNLT1 in cell lysates and tissue homogenates. Applications include studies of dynein-driven trafficking, mitotic checkpoint regulation, viral entry mechanisms, and developmental neurobiology.
