DYNLL1 (Dynein Light Chain 1, also known as LC8) is a small ~10 kDa microtubule-associated protein that participates in cytoplasmic dynein motor function, intracellular vesicle transport, and the regulation of apoptotic signaling through interactions with Bcl-2 family members such as Bim. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody, raised against DYNLL1 and supplied by Antibodies.com, is validated for western blot detection of the endogenous protein in human and mouse samples.
