Anti-DYNLL1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against human DYNLL1 (Dynein light chain 1, cytoplasmic) and is supplied at 50 µL per vial at a protein concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The reagent is unconjugated and has been affinity-purified from rabbit serum against a recombinant human DYNLL1 immunogen, yielding a polyclonal IgG preparation with a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and specifically recognises endogenous levels of total DYNLL1 protein, showing reactivity with Human and Mouse samples. The buffer formulation is phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative, and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant. The vial is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity.
