Anti-DYNLL1 Antibody

DYNLL1 encodes the 8 kDa dynein light chain 1 subunit (also referred to as LC8 or PIN), a highly conserved homodimeric cargo adaptor that recognizes short linear motifs on cytoplasmic dynein and myosin Va motors and on diverse signaling partners such as Bim, p53, and GKAP. The antibody recognizes the human, mouse, and rat orthologues and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on cultured cell lysates and fixed tissue sections, where it yields a discrete band near the predicted monomer molecular weight.
