Anti-Dynactin 2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary research antibody, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Dynactin 2 (DCTN2), the ~44–50 kDa dynactin complex subunit also known as Dynamitin or p50 dynamitin. The antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Dynactin 2 and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. It is provided as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, with an IgG isotype and an unconjugated format suitable for use with standard secondary detection reagents. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and the antibody has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, where it is intended to detect endogenous levels of the Dynactin 2 protein.
