Anti-Dynactin 1 (N-terminus) Antibody

This monoclonal antibody targets the N-terminal region of Dynactin 1 (DCTN1), the largest subunit of the dynactin multiprotein complex that activates cytoplasmic dynein and links cargo to retrograde microtubule transport. Produced in mouse as an IgG2b isotype, the unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot of purified immunoglobulin in 0.1M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) with 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant.
