Anti-DVL3 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets Dishevelled 3 (DVL3) and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples [C0][S1]. It is supplied as a liquid preparation intended for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications [C0][S1].

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 580–650 of human DVL3 (accession NP_004414.3) and purified by affinity chromatography [S1]. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, supplemented with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300 [S1]. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 93 kDa [S1].

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:20–1:50 for ICC/IF [S1]. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1]. Five scientific images are available from the supplier [S1].
