Anti-DVL1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against DVL1 (Dishevelled/Dvl1) and supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and ICC/IF applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent is prepared as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is affinity purified with a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 510–640 of human DVL1 (NP_004412.2). Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product ships at 4 °C and should be aliquoted on arrival and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
