Description
From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the DUX5 target. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
Specificity is directed against endogenous levels of the DUX5 protein, with the immunogen being a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human DUX5. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.3. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 22 kDa.
The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
