Anti-DUT Antibody

An unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting dUTPase (DUT), supplied by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody and purified by affinity chromatography. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 89–252 of human DUT (NP_001020419.1); the IgG reagent is presented as a liquid and the target protein has a molecular weight of 24 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:100–1:200 for ICC/IF.

Formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, the reagent is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
