Anti-DUSP6 Antibody

Manufacturer data indicates the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence within amino acids 302–381 of human DUSP6 (NP_001937.2), with a predicted molecular weight of 45 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
