Anti-DUSP5 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-DUSP5 Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent raised against Dual Specificity Phosphatase 5 (DUSP5), a nuclear phosphatase that selectively dephosphorylates ERK1/ERK2 and serves as a feedback regulator of MAP kinase signaling.

Supplied as 100 µg of unconjugated liquid, this primary antibody is validated for Western blot detection of the ~42 kDa DUSP5 protein and for immunocytochemistry (ICC) staining in cultured cells. It cross-reacts with human and mouse DUSP5 orthologs, supporting research use only applications in cancer biology, cytokine signaling, and immune cell regulation.
