Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against DUSP5 and validated for Western blot (WB) on human samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 315-384 of human DUSP5 (NP_004410.3), with a reported molecular weight of 42 kDa. Recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
