Anti-DUSP16 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit against dual specificity phosphatase 16 (DUSP16), a MAPK phosphatase that regulates JNK and p38 signaling in mammalian cells. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, and is validated for western blot detection of the human, rat, and mouse target. Each 100 µl pack provides enough material for multiple immunoblots of cell lysates or tissue homogenates, with the polyclonal format recognizing several regions of DUSP16 to strengthen signal in stress-kinase and cytokine-response studies.
