Anti-DUSP14 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DUSP14 (Dual specificity phosphatase 14), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is produced in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–198 of human DUSP14 (NP_008957.1). It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 22 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:200–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

DUSP14 is a dual specificity phosphatase localised in the nucleoplasm and cytosol, mapped to chromosome 17, with tissue-enhanced expression in skin.
