Anti-DUSP13 Antibody

An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against DUSP13, supplied by Antibodies.com within its primary antibody range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for western blotting and immunohistochemistry and has been confirmed to react with mouse and rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–198 of human DUSP13 (NP_057448.3), and the target protein migrates at approximately 36 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Suggested working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
