Anti-DUSP10 Antibody

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human DUSP10 (NP_009138.1) and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 53 kDa.

Storage instructions call for shipment at 4 °C with subsequent aliquoting and storage at −20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. A representative Western blot image shows detection of BT-474 cell lysates at 1:1,000 primary dilution, with 25 µg protein per lane, a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST blocking, and ECL Basic Kit detection at 90 s exposure.
