Anti-DUS2L Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets DUS2L (dihydrouridine synthase 2-like), a cytoplasmic enzyme that catalyzes the post-transcriptional reduction of uridine to dihydrouridine within tRNA transcripts. The modification introduced by DUS2L influences tRNA base stacking, the thermodynamic stability of codon-anticodon interactions, and altered DUS2L expression has been investigated in studies of lung adenocarcinoma and other solid tumor contexts.
