Anti-DUOX1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG reagent, this Antibodies.com primary antibody recognizes DUOX1 (Dual Oxidase 1), a calcium-dependent member of the NADPH oxidase family that generates extracellular hydrogen peroxide at epithelial surfaces. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as 50 µl of liquid and has been validated for Western blot detection of the DUOX1 target in mouse and rat samples, supporting research into mucosal host defense, airway inflammation, and thyroid hormone biosynthesis. It binds the DUOX1 glycoprotein expressed at the apical membrane of airway and thyroid epithelial cells, where the enzyme is studied in models of oxidative signaling, wound-repair responses, and lung innate immunity.
