Anti-DSTYK Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against DSTYK, also known as dual serine/threonine and tyrosine protein kinase. Validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry, the unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human samples. Supplied at a concentration of 1.3 mg/mL, it is formulated in pH 7.4 PBS with 0.05% sodium azide and 40% glycerol, and prepared by antigen affinity purification.

The immunogen is a fusion protein corresponding to residues near the C-terminal of human DSTYK, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total DSTYK protein. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images accompany the antibody.
