Anti-DST Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting Dystonin/BPA (DST), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The product is provided in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The antibody is generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-270 of human DST (NP_001714.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The reported molecular weight of the target is 55 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, on receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. One scientific validation image is included.
