Anti-DSP Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Desmoplakin (DSP). It is supplied as a liquid and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated.

Raised in rabbit and of polyclonal clonality, the reagent detects endogenous Desmoplakin in human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human Desmoplakin (NP_004406.2). It is purified by affinity purification and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 330 kDa.
