Anti-DSG4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets DSG4 and is validated for Western blot (WB). The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human DSG4. According to the manufacturer, it detects endogenous levels of DSG4 protein, with a stated molecular weight of approximately 114 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, and has been affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
