Anti-DSG3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Desmoglein 3 (also referred to as Desmoglein 3/PVA or DSG3). The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated in a liquid format.

Validated for Western blot (WB), the reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 749–999 of human Desmoglein 3 (NP_001935.2). It has been validated on human samples, and the manufacturer's recommended working dilution for WB is 1:100–1:500. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
