Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Dsg2 (V440) and is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The unconjugated reagent was raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 408-456 of Human Dsg2, and specifically detects endogenous levels of Dsg2 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 140 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
