Anti-DSG1 Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and directed against Desmoglein 1 (DSG1). The reagent is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated, with reactivity confirmed against human and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 800–1049 of human DSG1 (NP_001933.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 150 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The antibody has been validated for Western blot and ICC/IF applications, and is also listed as suitable for immunohistochemistry, with two scientific validation images available.
