Anti-DSCR 1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against DSCR 1 and selectively detects endogenous levels of the DSCR 1 protein. The antibody was generated by immunising rabbits with a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human DSCR 1, and was subsequently affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied as an unconjugated polyclonal antibody at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The 50 µl volume is intended for western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, and the reagent has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples. For long-term integrity, the vial should be stored at –20 °C, where it remains stable for up to one year. Research use only.
