Anti-DSC2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes Desmocollin 2 (DSC2). It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated in a liquid formulation.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 520–690 of human DSC2 (NP_077740.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. For Western blot, a recommended working dilution of 1:1,000–1:2,000 is suggested.
