Anti-DSC1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal antibody to Desmocollin 1 (DSC1), this unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 480-690 of human DSC1 (NP_077739.1) and is supplied in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration. It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa.

The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:500-1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
