Anti-DsbA Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this mouse monoclonal reagent targets DsbA, a disulfide oxidoreductase isolated from E. coli (full-length immunogen). The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with bacterial samples including E. coli.

It is supplied as a purified mouse monoclonal preparation in a buffer containing 0.1M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) with 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is further purified by antigen-affinity chromatography. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 24kd, and a recommended Western blotting dilution of 1:1000 is provided.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
