Anti-Drosha Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Drosha is available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The host species is rabbit with polyclonal clonality, and reactivity is confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human Drosha, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Drosha protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The target protein runs at approximately 150 kDa.
