Anti-DROSHA Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets DROSHA. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Validated for Western blot at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:2,000, the reagent is also listed as suitable for immunofluorescence. Reactivity is reported against human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide spanning amino acids 1–100 of human DROSHA (accession NP_037367.3), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 159 kDa.
